Hospitality operating system
Run the whole business
from one system.
Revenue, concierge commission, operations and staff on one record. One screen in the morning tells you where the business actually is.
Not maintenance software. Not a checklist app. The system you run the business from.
ISLA Owner Dashboard · example data
Most venues today
- Revenue, labour and commission live in three places
- Concierge commission is chased over WhatsApp
- The rota is a spreadsheet one person can edit
- The answer to “how did we do?” takes three weeks
With ISLA
- One screen, every morning, across the business
- Every referral tracked from booking through to paid
- One rota, live on every phone before the shift
- The report is finished when the day is
Platform
The whole business, not one department.
Four modules on one record: the money, the referrals, the floor and the view from the top. None of them is the add-on.
Revenue
What the venue took, while it is still today.
Revenue by stream, month to date beside it, and how much of it the concierge network brought through the door.
Concierge and commission tracking
Every referral, named and owned.
Which concierge sent which guest, what they spent, and exactly where that commission has reached. No personal phone in the middle of it.
Operations
The floor, run and recorded.
Checks signed and timed by department, faults owned with a date, and the people on shift behind both.
Owner dashboard
The month, without asking anyone for it.
Revenue, referred revenue, commission, labour and completion in one place, for one venue or the whole group.
Commission tracker
You stop finding out what you owe at the end of the month.
Pending, approved and paid as a running total, on net, with the month it rolls into. Every step carries a name and a timestamp.
Reporting and ownership
Nobody compiles anything.
Revenue, commission, labour and checks are already structured, so the month is a filter and an export.

Questions operators ask.
Is this maintenance software?
No. Maintenance is one part of one module. Most people who open ISLA every day are looking at revenue, referrals or their shift, not a work order.
How does commission tracking work?
A concierge logs the referral against the venue. The venue confirms it and uploads the bill. Commission is calculated on net, approved by finance, then marked paid. Every step carries a name and a timestamp, so nobody argues about it in a chat thread.
We already use a checklist app.
A tick tells you a box was checked. It cannot tell you what the venue took that day, what you owe in commission, or who was on shift. Ticks are the input, not the system.
Do we have to change how we work?
No. We build your templates, departments and commission terms from how you already work during onboarding.
Half our team are not at a desk.
That is the assumption it was built on. The operational screens are phone first: large targets, few taps, photo capture, numbers instead of typing.
Does it work in Spanish?
Yes. The team works in Spanish while ownership reads in English, from the same record.
Can it handle several venues?
Yes. Venues, departments and roles are structural, so a group runs several sites to one standard with reporting that rolls up.
What happens to our data if we leave?
You export it. Your operational and commercial history is yours, in a standard format, with no exit fee.
